These Terms of Use apply to the ChessLive Move Delay website, setup utility, processing engine, and related services provided by InfoAspect LLC. By downloading, installing, or using the software or service, you agree to these terms.

Intended use

ChessLive Move Delay is provided to help chess organizers process PGN data and publish a delayed PGN source for event broadcasting. You are responsible for configuring the software correctly and confirming that the published broadcast behaves as intended before relying on it for an event.

Your responsibilities

You must have permission to access, process, and publish the PGN sources you configure. You are responsible for event information, source paths, URLs, output filenames, broadcast links, and any third-party platform settings. Do not use the service to upload unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized material.

Account and activation information

Organizer and event activation information must be accurate enough to identify and manage the event. Keep locally stored configuration and upload credentials secure. Do not share event upload tokens except when necessary to operate the authorized event.

Software updates and availability

The software and online services may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Internet access, source availability, hosting availability, Windows security settings, and third-party broadcast platforms may affect operation. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

No warranty

The software and service are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every device, source, hosting provider, or broadcast platform.

Limitation of responsibility

InfoAspect LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from delayed, interrupted, incomplete, incorrectly configured, or unavailable PGN broadcasts. You should monitor and verify important event broadcasts.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the software and service develop. The current version will be published on this website.
